Privacy policy

This policy explains what Conde Ventures LLC (“we”) collects on condeventures.com and in the apps we publish, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- When you contact us. The name, email, company, phone number, and message you send through the contact form or by email, so we can reply.
- When you use one of our apps. If an app offers accounts, the email address and name you sign up with, and the content you create in it. Some apps work without an account and collect none of this.
- Usage analytics. Pages viewed and features used, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This tells us what works and what to fix. Where an app offers an analytics setting, you can turn it off.
- Errors and crashes. Technical details when something breaks, so we can fix it.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are handled by Apple, and web payments by Stripe. We receive the status of your purchase or subscription, never your full card number.
How we use it
To provide and improve our websites and apps, to respond to you, to send the emails a service needs (such as sign-in links, verification, and receipts), and to keep our services secure. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Services we rely on
Hosting by Cloudflare; analytics and error tracking by PostHog; accounts and app data by Supabase; payments by Apple, Stripe, and RevenueCat; sign-in with Apple or Google where offered; email by Resend. Each processes information on our behalf under its own privacy terms and only for the purpose we use it for.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active or as long as we need it to answer your inquiry, and then we delete it. Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be kept longer.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and your account, at any time, by writing to hello@condeventures.com. Where an app offers account deletion in its settings, you can also use that. Cookies on this website are limited to analytics and, for clients, staying signed in.
Children
Our websites and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and for meaningful changes we will say so in the affected app or by email.
