Terms of service

These terms cover condeventures.com and the apps published by Conde Ventures LLC. Consulting engagements are governed by the written agreement signed for each one.

Using our services

Use our websites and apps lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt them, access them in ways we did not intend, or use them to harm others. We work hard to keep everything fast and available, but services are provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

Your account

Where an app offers accounts, you are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time, as described in our privacy policy.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple under the App Store terms, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple account settings. Web purchases are processed by Stripe, as described at checkout. Refund requests go to hello@condeventures.com.

Our content

The websites, apps, and their content belong to Conde Ventures LLC. Content you create in our apps remains yours; you give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services evolve. We will update the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
